
This most recent schedule has about twice as many tasks as the previous schedule. This is due to an extra layer of depth that has become apparent as we progress on the robot. From looking at the schedule, you can see that we are about a week behind our plan. This is not necessarily bad, since we were projected to finish a week and a half early, but it could be indicative of larger problems. If we lose a few days in building, we may have to cut functionality from the robot.
Scheduling is not my only task. I also work on the budget and other administrative tasks. I have been revising and editing an old business plan for this season. In addition to helping with the robot when I can, these tasks keep me busy.
