The Public and Team Relations Department is responsible for helping FIRST Team 662 function as a cohesive whole and present itself to the public. Since our team is split into several departments, we need to ensure that all of the departments are working together in order to build the best robot we can. Their work keeps all of the parts of the robot working together successfully every year. They also help the team to maintain a positive public image. They plan how we present ourselves at the FRC Regionals, and help other teams at competition see what our team is about. Finally, we are always thankful for their help with fundraising. They make sure that our sponsors see the value of our team in the community, getting us the funds we need each year to keep the team running. This department helps our team to function effectively as a team and as a member of our community.
