[Manipulator] Week One- Prototyping
The manipulator team has been incredibly busy this week.
We started out brainstorming possible launchers and ball retreival systems. We then decided on pursuing a "catapult like" throwing arm with track. (video above) Balls were launched approximately 5ft up and 12ft horizontally to a backboard with good accuracy. We hope to soon motorize the prototype and begin prototyping a ball retreval system.
