Scholarships

During the 2008 FIRST Robotics Competition season, over two hundred merit-based scholarship opportunities, amounting to almost $9 million were available to eligible FIRST high school participants.

Experience

Many major corporations and government organizations across the nation are participating in FIRST and scouting FIRST participants for employment. Being on a FIRST team will expose students to these corporations and will also help instruct in the valuable skills that all employers demand.
