We thank our sponsors:
Since its establishment, Rocky Mountain Robotics has been heavily involved in community outreach and education initiatives, all of which have been widely successful. RMR attempts to promote our vision of appreciation of science and technology throughout the Front Range region with our programs.
Among our initiatives is the mentoring and assistance we provide to an FVC team based here in Colorado Springs, the da Vinci Cheesies, based out of the da Vinci Academy, a local arts and sciences magnet school. If you would like to participate in the FLL yourself, we can help you locate a team for your interests.
Many of our projects are non-FIRST related. We are involved heavily in other community initiatives, including demonstrations and other events at local fire stations and at the Western Museum of Mining and Industry in northern Colorado Springs.
We also provide significant volunteer support for local competitions, including mentoring for FIRST Lego League teams from August to December and assisting organizers for the FIRST Lego League Regional in November as well as the FIRST Robotics Competition.
Please contact us for more information about our activities, or read about the history of our team.
